Safe Checks You Can Try
1. Restart the camera and router
Press the reset button on the camera briefly to restart it, and make sure the battery is charged. Restart your router by unplugging it for 30 seconds. This clears most temporary glitches.
2. Check your internet
Confirm other devices can reach the internet. If not, restart your router and wait a few minutes.
3. Check the Wi-Fi signal
A weak signal where the camera is mounted is the most common cause. Move it closer to the router or add an extender.
4. Confirm the network hasn’t changed
