Tapo D130 Live View Not Working? Here’s How to Fix It

Safe Checks You Can Try
1. Restart the camera and router
Turn the power off at the breaker for 30 seconds, then back on so the doorbell restarts. Restart your router by unplugging it for 30 seconds.
2. Check the signal strength
A weak Wi-Fi signal is the usual cause. Move the camera closer to the router or add an extender.
3. Lower the video quality
In Device Settings > Video and Display, switch to a lower quality so Live View loads on a slower connection.
4. Check your upload speed
Live View needs enough bandwidth; run a quick speed test near the camera.
