🔄 Try this first — Unplug the Blink Arc power cable from the wall socket, wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in. Both cameras will restart automatically. Also restart your router by unplugging it for 30 seconds.

If your Blink Arc is showing this problem, working through the checks below in order will resolve it in the large majority of cases.

What This Problem Means

The Blink Arc’s 180° panoramic view stitches both Mini 2K+ cameras into a single seamless feed. This feature requires a Blink Subscription Plus Plan — it is not available without one.

Common Symptoms

  • Live view shows two separate camera feeds rather than one stitched view
  • Panoramic view option not appearing in the app
  • Stitched view appears misaligned or has a visible seam
  • Panoramic view worked previously but has stopped

Safe Checks You Can Try

1. Confirm your Blink Subscription Plus Plan is active

Panoramic live view is only available with an active Blink Plus or Plus AI Plan. Open the Blink app, go to Account and check your subscription status. Without an active plan, the Arc will show two separate camera feeds.

2. Confirm both cameras are the same model

The Arc requires two identical cameras — either both Mini 2K+ or both Mini 2. Mixing a Mini 2K+ with a Mini 2 prevents panoramic stitching from working.

3. Check the camera alignment

Panoramic view works best on wall or ceiling mounts, not table-top mounts. Ensure both cameras are correctly seated in the Arc mount with no gap or misalignment.

4. Update the Blink app and camera firmware

Ensure the Blink app is up to date. Check for a firmware update in the app under Camera Settings.

5. Restart both cameras and the Arc

Unplug the Blink Arc power cable from the wall socket, wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in. Both cameras will restart automatically. Also restart your router by unplugging it for 30 seconds. Temporary software glitches can disrupt the panoramic stitching.
