Safe Checks You Can Try
Discover devices
1. Say “Alexa, discover devices” or open the Alexa app
2. Go to Devices then tap the plus icon
3. Select Add Device and follow the steps
4. Ensure smart devices are powered on and connected to WiFi during discovery
Check all devices are on same WiFi network
1. Your Echo and smart home devices must be on the same network
2. Ensure smart devices are connected to 2.4GHz not 5GHz
3. Check no devices are on a guest network
