Safe Checks You Can Try

1. Check the Wi-Fi Password

Re-enter your Wi-Fi password carefully during setup. An incorrect password is the most common cause of failure.

2. Move Closer During Setup

Place the Nest Doorbell Wired within 3 metres of your router during initial setup, then move it to its final position.

3. Restart Router and Device

Unplug your router for 30 seconds, then plug back in. Restart the device and attempt setup again.
