Press and hold the orange button on the back of the camera for 20 seconds until the light on the front flashes, then release. The camera will restart. Also restart your router by unplugging it for 30 seconds. Restart your router by unplugging it for 30 seconds.
3. Separate the Wi-Fi bands
If your router merges 2.4GHz and 5GHz under one name, separate them in router settings and connect the camera specifically to 2.4GHz for more stable connectivity.
4. Check for Wi-Fi interference
Try switching to a less congested Wi-Fi channel in your router settings. On 2.4GHz, channels 1, 6 and 11 overlap the least.
5. Update firmware
In the Ring app go to Device Settings and check for a firmware update.
