In the Alexa app go to Devices → Echo Studio → Bluetooth Devices and remove all paired devices. Forget the Echo Studio on your phone and pair again.
3. Check Distance and Interference
Keep your phone within 10 metres of the Echo Studio and reduce other active Bluetooth devices nearby.
4. Restart Both Devices
