Open Device Health and confirm the camera is online with a good signal. A camera that keeps dropping offline cannot upload recordings.
3. Check Motion Settings
Recordings are triggered by motion. Confirm motion detection and recording are enabled and your motion zones cover the right area.
4. Check Modes and Schedules
Check your Modes settings (Disarmed, Home, Away) and any recording schedule, as these can stop recording at certain times.
5. Restart the Camera
Unplug the camera for 30 seconds and plug it back in, then trigger a test event once it is back online to confirm recording has resumed.
