Safe Checks You Can Try
Restart the doorbell
1. Remove the Quick Release Battery Pack from the base of the doorbell, wait 10 seconds, then reinsert until it clicks. Also restart your router by unplugging for 30 seconds.
Check battery level
1. Open the Ring app and tap Device Health.
2. Check Battery Level — charge if below 20%.
3. Pop the doorbell off the bracket and connect via USB-C to charge.
4. Reattach once fully charged.
Reconnect to Wi-Fi
1. Open the Ring app and tap Device Health.
2. If Wi-Fi shows Offline, tap Reconnect to Wi-Fi.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions and enter your Wi-Fi password.
Check Wi-Fi signal strength
